Ember Tide started in a home kitchen in Austin, chasing the point where real heat meets real flavor — no shortcuts, no fillers, just peppers, patience, and a lot of taste-testing. We're finishing our recipes and our food-safety review before the first bottles go out, and every batch will be made in small runs so quality never gets diluted for scale.
